Do you want to build muscle and increase your strength? This program is based over 3 days, but can be repeated to fit into a normal week. The push day focuses on Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. The Pull Day focuses on the back and biceps. While the leg day will focus on all the lower body muscle groups. After the 3 days are completed, I would recommend taking a rest day before repeating!
